Nothing to join and nothing to post a job. Tradespeople pay one fee of 7% on a completed, paid job. Customers pay the fixed price they accepted and no more.

Every tradesperson passes an identity check with a licensed verification provider before they can quote on a single job. The check status is shown on their profile and on every quote card.

No. A review can only be written by the customer of a completed Swiftee job, once, after the job is marked done. There is no other way in.

It does not. A quote is a fixed price for the job as described. If the job turns out to be different, the tradesperson sends a new quote in the chat and you decide before any extra work starts.

You pay in the app after the job is completed, by card. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; Swiftee never sees or stores your card details.

Cancel free of charge up to two hours before the agreed time window. Inside two hours, a 20 euro call-out fee applies, which goes to the tradesperson who kept the slot for you.

Report it from the job page. Our support team can see the job, the quotes and the chat, and can open a formal incident case that records the tradesperson's identity check. Payment can be held while it is looked at.

Every postcode in Cyprus is in the app. We are launching with tradespeople in Paphos first, then Limassol and Nicosia. If your area has no tradespeople yet, you can still post and we tell you when one joins.

Download the app, choose tradesperson, pick your trade, the towns you cover and your availability, then complete the identity check. Most people are quoting the same day.

No. The chat, photos and time windows live inside the app on the job. You can share your number if you want to, but you never have to.
