Pricing and policies
One fee. Fixed prices. No surprises.
Everything Swiftee charges, and every rule about money, on one page in plain language.
Customers
No fee to join, post, receive quotes or chat. You pay the fixed price you accepted, in the app, after the job is done.
Tradespeople
Taken from a completed, paid job, nothing else. No listing fees, no lead fees, no subscription. Quote as often as you like.
Payments
Processed by a licensed payment provider. Swiftee never sees or stores card details. Payouts to tradespeople follow customer payment.
The policies.
Fixed prices
A quote is a fixed price for the job as described. If the job turns out to be different on the day, the tradesperson sends a new quote in the chat and the customer accepts it before any extra work starts. Nothing is added afterwards.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel free of charge up to two hours before the start of the agreed time window. Inside two hours, a call-out fee of 20 euro applies and is paid to the tradesperson who kept the slot. Tradespeople who cancel accepted jobs repeatedly are paused from the marketplace.
Refunds and disputes
If a job was not done as agreed, report it from the job page within 48 hours. Support reviews the job, the quotes and the chat, and can hold, part-refund or refund the payment. Both sides are heard before a decision.
Invoices and statements
Every completed job produces an invoice from the tradesperson to the customer, generated by Swiftee. Tradespeople get a monthly statement of jobs, fees and payouts. Swiftee issues its own invoice for its fee.
What Swiftee is
Swiftee is a marketplace. The tradesperson does the work and is responsible for it. Swiftee checks identity, keeps the money side clean, and steps in when something goes wrong.
