Trust and safety

Someone is coming to your home. Here is what we check.

Swiftee is built so that the person at your door is who the app says they are, the price is the price you agreed, and there is a record of everything if you need it.

Identity checked before the first quote

Every tradesperson completes an identity check with a licensed verification provider, in the app, before they can see or quote on any job. Checks expire and are renewed. The verified badge on a quote card means the check is current.

Reviews only from real jobs

A review can only be written by the customer of a completed Swiftee job, once. No imported reviews, no reviews from friends, no way to buy them.

Everything on the job

Quotes, photos, the time window, on-my-way updates and the chat all live on the job. If there is ever a question about what was agreed, the record is there.

Money that waits

You pay after the job is done. If something is wrong, report it within 48 hours and the payment can be held while support looks at it.

A support team that can see the whole picture

Support can find any account by its account number, see the job, the quotes and the chat, pause a tradesperson, and open a formal incident case that records the tradesperson's identity check status for the police or an insurer if it ever comes to that.

Your data.

Identity documents are handled by the verification provider, not stored by Swiftee. Your address is shared with a tradesperson only once you accept their quote. Card details go to the payment provider and never touch Swiftee. You can delete your account from the app at any time. The full terms and privacy notice are linked in the footer.
